- Mountain Water Company shall have an access to our equipment at any reasonable time.
- Customer agrees that all charges incurred will be paid upon receiving the invoice/billing statement. Overdue invoice/billing statement may be assessed for a late fee of $10.00. Each returned check is subject to a bank service charge of $25.00. Mountain Water Company may terminate this agreement immediately:
- if Customer does not pay according to initial agreement of payment,
- if Customer declares bankruptcy,
- if Customer closes business or fails to meet this agreement.
- Customer agrees to maintain our equipment in good condition and notify Mountain Water Company promptly when our equipment has a mechanical malfunction. Customer is responsible to pay for all damage, stolen or loss of equipment, including the bottles not returned.
- Customer agrees that the equipment and bottles will be used only for the purpose intended and that the equipment will be used to dispense only Mountain Water Company Products.
- Customer releases Mountain Water Company from any responsibility for consequential, incidental, or special damages of any type resulting from the installation, operation, or maintenance of the equipment and/or consumption with this agreement. The Reverse Osmosis Units require physical attachment to a water source; Customer acknowledges that some type of alteration will occur during installation and removal process.
- All products and equipments price will fluctuate to current market price unless under contract.
- Mountain Water Company will service all rental Reverse Osmosis Units including changing membranes and filter cartridges periodically, as required, to maintain operation of the treatment system.
- Customer agrees to notify Mountain Water Company at the end of the Service Agreement term of any cancellation in writing 30 days prior to cancellation date.
- Customer will be responsible for cancellation & pick-up charge of $25.00 when canceling prior to the one-year term.
- Mountain Water Company will refund the Security Deposit, if applicable, to the Customer upon cancellation of the contract. The equipments (including bottles) must be in the original condition as before. Otherwise, the Customer will be responsible for the damage of our equipments in full price.
- Customer permits Mountain Water Company to conduct credit check and Mountain Water Company has the right to terminate this agreement at any time based on the information.
